Graduation Ceremony
May 2009
Amerstate University, Graduate School of Martial Arts, announces its first commencement ceremony, which took place on May 16, 2009. The University's office stated that they are immensely proud of their first graduating class as this is the first graduation to take place at the Master's degree level outside of Korea. No other school in the USA has had a graduating class with the degree of Master of Science in Martial Arts. This is an honor unique to Amerstate University.
Six students complete the program to graduation in May of 2009 leaving here as highly skilled, well trained Martial Arts instructors prepared to run their own Martial Arts facility.
May 2010
Amerstate University is proud to announce that a second group of students have completed the Masters of Science in Martial Arts at Amerstate University, the first program of its kind in the United States. AU held its second commencement ceremony on May 15, 2010, at the downtown Racine campus.
Three more students received a Master’s of Science degree in Martial Arts. Amerstate University’s faculty and staff are very proud of these students’ hard work, and know that each one is bound to do great things in the future in the field of Martial Arts Science.
