Adjunct Instructors:

Qualified applicants needed to fill positions as Adjunct Instructors for our growing University. Applicants will be used to create a pool of highly qualified Instructors to draw from to teach classes as needed. Applicants must possess at least a Masters Degree, Doctorate Degrees preferred. Instructors with a background in Martial Arts (any form) needed for courses at all levels. Candidates are needed to teach the following courses:

  • ESL (English as a Second Language-Beginner to Advanced)
  • Business
  • Martial Arts History and Philosophy
  • Martial Arts Skills and Forms

Campus Director:

Amerstate University is currently looking for a qualified person for the position of Campus Director. This person will report to the President. This position is responsible for campus administration, developing and maintaining academic programs. The Campus Director will also manage all administrative activities and day to day operations. Recruiting Manager:

A self starter with a strong sales record is needed to manage our Recruiting Department. This individual will be responsible for managing the recruiting team in all recruitment efforts including providing direction, setting priorities, delegating duties, and managing the day-to-day duties of the staff, as well as hiring, training and mentoring the recruiting staff. The individual we are looking for to fill this position will have prove experience leading and motivating staff towards the university’s enrollment goals, possess excellent decision-making skills and initiative in solving problems, strong customer relationship skills, strong organization/time management, planning and prioritizing skills.
